ZENYT SEVEN

In response to numerous customer requests, we have revised the ZENYT and developed the "SEVEN" for you. Visually almost identical at first, the differences are in the details.

In contrast to the ZENYT, the SEVEN has a belt as tail drive. This was one of the most requested changes that offers several advantages for you as a customer. On the one hand, of course, the less sensitive tail drive (the belt is forgiving some more here). On the other hand, there is an enormous reduction in the number of parts and thus also in costs.

The new layout of the taildrive has also enabled us to save a few grams. Here, the new tail housing and also the hollow-drilled 8mm tail rotor shaft play a decisive role. This means that the SEVEN engages much better via elevator and already has no tendency to "swing" in the standard settings of most FBL systems.

When we look at the chassis, the "weight-optimized" design immediately catches the eye. We changed the shape in the battery bay area and reduced most chassis plates from 2mm to 1.5mm. At the points of the chassis that are subjected to the highest loads, there are now 2.5mm thick doublings. The X-bracing in the area of the elevator linkage is also new.

The helical gears in the second gear stage are also a big change to the "ZENYT" concept, but this was the only way to simplify the construction and maintenance of the mechanics.  Compared to the herringbone gears of the ZENYT, axial forces arise here that have to be "absorbed". Many manufacturers solve the problem with larger bearings, which works, but is absolutely wrong from a technical point of view. We have also installed an axial bearing in the area of the intermediate shaft, which absorbs the forces that arise...hardly visible, but unique in this class.

All in all, the SEVEN was lightened by about 400 grams compared to the ZENYT. This now enables the use of lighter components and batteries without sacrificing flight time or performance.

The new design and the weight optimization of some components allowed us to further concentrate the center of mass around the rotor shaft and the center of the chassis. This ensures a unique response and flight feeling.

Another optical highlight is of course the new visible carbon hood. Thanks to a special manufacturing process by our partner CR-Modelltechnik, we can do this without subsequent painting. The canopy has no "seam" and is highly polished. Together with our new decal sheet in 4 different colors we can keep the "ZENYT" look and offer you a high-quality solution. Individual colors or patterns are now also possible.
